Question : Irregular cycle past 2 mnths TVS showed thick ndometrium lining doc gve meprate 10mg (10 d) if not reduced will go for biopsy before period endo lining was 12mm

I understand your health concerns and anxiety about it.
Take meprate twice a day and then after leaving that you will have your period which will be heavy but helpful in shedding off the abnormal endometrium and will relieve you of symptoms.
But in case the bleeding is very heavy and makes you feel uncomfortable then visit your gynaecologist immediately as she might do biopsy there and then.

Thanks for responding Dr.Manisha! Its only that i am getting irregular periods( coming after 15 days, in dec got on 20th Dec and again on 29th) i feel very hot at night and sweat at times, have mood swings going towards depression and get very irritated! Most of the blood reports are ok but i have high cholestrol, am 37.4 yrs old! Do u think its perimenopause! I have got bad hairfall also!
