I read your question and i understand your concern. Constipation history always leads to such lumps. This is either rectal prolapse or a haemorrhoid. Get your daughter a per rectal examination and let the doctors have a look at it and decide whether to treat conservatively or intervene in case lump grade is higher which will be likely a hemorrhoid or prolapse.
Good bowel habits, more fiber and fluids and use of laxatives with avoiding constipation diet, fast foods, spicy foods, processed meals etc is necessary. More Vegetables and fresh fruits will helps.
