Most likely due to viral illness or allergic bronchitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I understand your concerns but don't worry. Such long lasting wet coughs in an otherwise normal appearing active toddler is most likely due to viral infections and associated allergic bronchitis. The high lymphocyte percentage is supportive to this.
These illnesses usually improve in 2-4 weeks with appropriate symptomatic treatment. Antibiotics such as azithromycin are sometimes useful but there is no role of Augmentin.
So, I would recommend you to start her on antihistamine such as Syp. Maxtra or T-minic along with bronchodilator syrup such as salbutamol or levolin. Hold Augmentin and start Azithromycin for next 5 days. Use azelastine nasal spray for nasal discharge.
Use room humidifier while sleeping if the weather is dry.
Hopefully it will be fine. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
