Its very urgent. We are at shirdi foe holiday, my son who is 2 years old and 12kgs has severe cough from night. Could you please suggest medicine available here.we basiaclly from XXXXXXX i use to give salbid plus.any substitute works.also.we have given cheston cold.but didnt work well.please suggest medicine available at XXXXXXX or shirdi

Hi....it could be viral. If I were your pediatrician I would suggest using syrup Ascoril-D 3.5ml thrice a day for 3 days. This is a prescription drug. I suggest you get a prescription for it as I cannot prescribe it online like this.

Is there any history of wheezing for the kid before?
