After reading history and seeing the photo in other post, I could conclude that you suffer from alopecia barbae. It is considered autoimmune skin disease of unknown cause. Stress might precipitate the disease. It is a benign condition with good prognosis with perfect treatment.

I would have advised you to use mild steroid lotion like hydrocortisone, mild irritant like trioxsalen lotion to be applied at night.
The disease has chronic course, the tret had to be taken longer period. I would have asked you to take treatment for 15 days and reviewed after that.
