Brief Answer:
Please provide more details and give him acetaminophen and ORS

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern
Fever with frequent stool in two an deals year old might not be related to bacterial infection only
So you should not give ofloxacin directly

Here I would like more information for better assessment of the condition like
Since how long he is having fever?
Have you checked the temperature?
Is he having vomiting and pain in abdomen?
Any other symptoms like running nose, cough or sore throat?
His weight for calculation of doses.

In my opinion you should give him acetaminophen syrup for fever and Plenty of ORS solution to content dehydration and electrolytic imbalances caused by frequent diarrhoea.

Please write back to me with all these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

He also vomited three to four times... The skin at the area of passing stool is becoming reddish..

He is not at all eating anything... Nor drinking milk , its water, coconut water... Very difficult in making him drink half a glass water

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
welcome again
Child may get irritated during illness or he might have developed distaste to eating so try to give whatever he likes best.

Since i can't physically examine him to get more clues and he is not well since last 3 days so I would advise you to visit a paediatric doctor for physical examination, recording of body temperature and if required blood test like CBC and liver function test or stool test.

He may require a course of antibiotics preferably metronidazole group of drugs under supervision of doctor

You should give him lots of fluids, ORS and fruit juices to maintain good hydration.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
