Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern.
There are many causes of hair loss and treatment depends on the cause.
The most commonly causes encountered by me are male pattern baldness, thyroid disorders, anemia, certain drugs, fevers like typhoid and malaria, surgery and chronic diseases including that of the scalp.
We have to exclude all these causes before arriving at the diagnosis.
I recommend you to undergo haemoglobin, serum ferritin levels and TSH test to rule out the anemia and thyroid disease.
You can get back to me once the results come so that we can manage it accordingly.
I would also recommend you to upload pictures of your scalp so that I can ascertain the pattern of your hair fall and can guide you accordingly.

my front and middle side hairs fall heavily.
my hairs are very thin and have no root(i.e white part).
please suggest me some medicine to regrow my lost hairs and stop hair fall.
I am thinking that some protein deficiency arises or another reason may be possible that water of XXXXXXX not suits me because i came about two month before from new XXXXXXX and my hairs start falling about two before.please suggest me best medicine.
According to your history seems to be androgenetic alopecia
Detailed Answer:
According to your history it seems you are having androgenetic alopecia which has hormonal basis and occurs in genetically predisposed individuals.
Is their any history of baldness in your father, grandfathers or paternal and maternal uncles?
In such cases I recommend my patients to start with minoxidil solution 5 percent 1 ml twice daily along with tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily. This needs to be continued for atleast 4-5 months to notice any significant improvement and for 1 year to get maximum response.
These are prescription medicines and you need to consult a doctor in person to get them.
It is not related to protein deficiency. It can be that indirect stress of shifting to XXXXXXX might have precipitated the hair fall.
