Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Seborrheic dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
The symptoms listed in your query are suggestive of a skin condition called 'Seborrheic dermatitis'. It is a chronic inflammatory disorder affecting areas of the head and trunk where sebaceous (oily) glands are most prominent. It seems to be due to a fungal infection.
Since you have been examined by a dermatologist ('skin specialist') so continue to take the prescribed treatment for 2 weeks. Along with this medication you need to take certain measures like:
1. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it.
2. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer.
3. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up.
4. Avoid scratching as it can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Apply Hydrocortisone cream or Calamine lotion to temporarily relieve itching.
Hope the suggestions given would be useful in getting rid of the fungal infection of the scalp and the face.
Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
You may need Minoxidil 5% along with Biotin rich supplements

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply, noted its contents.
I see that you have completed a course of oral antifungals (Fluconazole). Since the symptoms are still persisting, I advise you to use an antifungal shampoo such as Selenium or Ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly for a couple of weeks. This is to clear any surface fungi quickly and make it much less likely for the fungus to spread to other areas.
Since hair fall is still continuing to occur, I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for possible of use of Minoxidil 5% lotion along with oral Biotin rich supplements to prevent further hair loss and to promote the growth of new hairs.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
Best wishes.
