Brief Answer:
Not STD,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The redness slightly there. With STD panel negative, unprotected coitus 6 weeks ago is less connected and hygiene issues are connected more. Recent trimming of groin hair also leads to this itch , it resolves though.

All you need to do is modify coital and toilet habits, like wear loose undergarments preferably cotton, avoid sweating there, avoid masturbation, avoid vigorous rough coitus, don't pop, poke or manipulate these red areas in any way.

apply some low strength hydrocortisone cream over it and jock itch cream from over the counter and maintian a perfect hygiene. Nutshell, it's not STD.

I hope it helps take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Hi. What might be causing the white inflammation near the base of my penis then? How soon should I expect to dissipate

Brief Answer:
No worries.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getitng back to me

Ignore that white bump. That is not inflammation. Its a clogged sebaceoups pore. Recent trimming hair likely clogged it. It will self resolve. Provided good hygiene measure, it will take a few weeks, its perfectly benign and nothing to worry about.
All you need is good hygiene maintenance and do as directed above.

I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Benign fordyce spots.

This bump we already talked about, its likely a clogged sebaceous pore also called fordyce spot and it self resolves. You just have to make sure you don't pop it, poke it or pick it. Maintain a good hygiene and ignore the worries. These bumps are purely benign and will self resolve.

I hope it helps.
