Brief Answer:
I feel it is less likely due to given drugs, use derma dew soap for relief

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

Is the itching started after consumption of these drugs, do all these drugs are new prescription or one of two among these are new. It there rashes seen, as you have mentioned itching is more under the arm, does he sweat a lot.

Even though all three drugs are capable of causing itching but it is not one of the common adverse effect produced by these agents. So I think it is unlikely these agents responsible.

I would suggest you to use derma dew soap and observe if there any improvement.

Iv would suggest you to see doctor, as if it is due to allergic reaction to drugs that drug need to be found and I'd not other causes have to bed found out by examination.

Take care
