Brief Answer:
not likely based on symptoms mentioned

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are blood result changes that can occur with pancreatic cancer: (1) like many chronic conditions, anemia is normally seen

(2)Jaundice may also be present with an increase in bilirubin results and increase in the liver enzymes- GGT, alkaline phosphatase.
AST and ALT , two other liver enzymes may also be increased

(3)in some pancreatic cancer patients there is also and increase in amylase and lipase

If your complete blood count and liver function test results were normal then it is not likely that your symptoms are due to pancreatic cancer. The chance is low.

In addition, though the symptoms of pancreatic are non specific (can occur in other conditions), they generally include nausea, loss of appetite, malaise, nausea, fatigue and pain (abdominal or back pain).

If you wish to make sure, then you should consider imaging such as a CT abdomen.

The other causes of your symptoms (nausea, belching, undigested food) would include: (1) GERD (reflux)- this would cause the nausea, belching

(2)food intolerance- using foods that the intestinal tract cannot tolerate or digest properly can cause these symptoms

Keeping a food diary to relate specific foods to symptoms may help

(3)use of foods associated with excess gas production would cause belching and nausea eg cabbage, broccoli, beans, turnips, cauliflower, prunes
High fiber foods may sometimes also be undigested in the stool

(4)side effect of any current medication

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
