Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm.
If your menses are prolonged now and there is heavy bleeding then you may take the following to reduce the bleed and pain.....
Tab Tranostat MF (500mg+ 250mg) (tranexamic acid+ mefenamic acid) twice a day for next 3 to 5 days to reduce the bleeding.
Once the bleeding subside please get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for any uterine causes like polyps or fibroids or adenomyosis which have to be dealt specifically and treated.
please furnish details of your last 3 menstrual cycle,duration of bleeding, passage of clots, history of taking any medications or contraceptive pill change?
