Question: Hi Doc, i am a 33 year old woman. The first couple of days of my period are usually painful. But i never take painkillers. But this time i have some very important meetings during my first two days and will be outdoors most of the time. Should it be fine if i take painkillers. Is there any side-effect to it? Which one would you recommend? And what is the dosage?
