Question : There is a pain in my ribs (close to chest) from last night. pain is severe while i take deep breath and change posture during sleep.

But took eno as precaution last night and have taken Lyser - D just now for pain.

As per your history there is possibility of rib inflammation or costochondritis.
X ray may help in diagnosis and if required CT scan can be done . I will advise to consult to orthopaedic surgeon.
You may require blood investigation like CBC ,ESR ,LFT.
Ultrasonography may help in diagnosis.
Medication like muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain.
You may consult physiotherapist for pain management. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
