Question: My daughter is 7. She got home from school limping and complaining of pain on her left hip/thigh. It's kind of right where her thigh and hop come together and towards her groin. She also said that she has a headache and feels dizzy.

Brief Answer:
Limp

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
There are 2 common diagnoses. The first would be a mild trauma, like a twist of the joint, a hyperextension, or a hit to the area.
The second is a harmless viral illness. This could be the case here cinsidering the other symptoms. In this case, the virus passes on its own along with the symptoms. Hydration and Tylenol for pain if needed is all you have to do.
If the pain worsened or persists beyond another 1-2 days, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
