Brief Answer:
Continue medication and consult neurologist if not improving

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Head injury is usually associated with many symptoms.
CT scan if normal than nothing to worry.
Is there any history of bleeding from nose, ear decreased hearing, loss of consciousness seizures.
Vertigo may occur after head injury but sometimes Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo occurs secondary to head injury due to otolith.
Sometimes primary headache like migraine starts after head injury as headache with vertigo.
You should continue the medication as advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks for the reply Sir...
there was no bleeding after injury and no problem with hearing sensibility

however she lost her nose sensibility, after that accident she not able be smell anything...doctor asked us to wait for few days it may restore..and still its the same problem. now he advised us to meet the ENT specialist....

I have learned from online forums that after head injury there is a possibility of permanent loss of nose sensibility. is that true do we have any specific medication for that...

thanks in advance for your advice....

Brief Answer:
Require investigation and consultation from ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Anosmia (loss of smell ability) may occur after head injury as the nerves for smelling pass from top of inner nose to base of frontal region of skull piercing the cribriform plate.
If she also has csf rhinorrhea (watering from nose) then she needs evaluation by ENT specialist or neurologist.
Csf leaking may also called dizziness.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
