Question : My hands shake becoming worse more prounced. Left thumb shakes uncontrollably when arm extnd weaknesses on left side headace over rt eye
Brief Answer:
MRI needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.
Shaking of the extremities or the fingers at your age is quite uncommon. It is very important to distinguish if related to movement or at rest. If these movements are associated with weakness or not, or if there is any numbness or tingling associated. These are features that should be evaluated by a Neurologist.
Since there is association with a localized headache I would then schedule a MRI. It is important to rule out any structural damage.
With the information you gave these are the next steps I would recommend.
Hope this helps. Please feel free asking further questions
