Brief Answer:
pain may not be related to sacral fusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
pain may not be due to sacral fusion.
nerve compression in spine can lead to radicular leg pain.
you may need further investigation like MRI spine with sacrum and EMG NCV study.
local injection block under image guidance may help to locate the origin of pain.
