I have gone through your query and understand your concern .
Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract muscle spasm .It could be secondary to infection /urinary stone.Hence,ultrasound is highly recommended .
Any difficulty in bending forward/backwards ?
Meanwhile you may have plenty of fluid,ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug like drotaverine (tab.Drotin).Your local pharmacist might know about this.
