Question : I have a sharp shooting pain under the big toe that occurs once a minute or less. I wonder if this indicates an infection such as cellulitis which I have had in the other leg some time ago? XXXXXXX E.

1. Is your toe tender and red ?
2. do you have fever ?
3. are any other joints paining ?
4. please attach a photo of the toe if you can, it will help
