Brief Answer:
Warm him up and take him to doctor.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.

First of all kindly recheck his temperature .

His body temperature is very less and this is not a good sign. Either it could be due to Low blood pressure or Hypothermia due to some other reasons . Whatever it is he need urgent examination of a doctor.

First warm him up by rubbing his feet and palm, ask him to put on more clothes and sweater and go to a hospital as soon as possible. In hospital first get his blood pressure and blood sugar checked. Also get his EKG done .

Don't waste time.

Hope this information was useful to you.
