Question: How can I tell if I have a heart blockage. I have gone from never getting warm to sweating profusely,no energy ,shortness of breath, severe headaches.

Dear patient,

the symptoms you are describing are very uspecific and may have many different reasons. "Heart blockage" is not an exact medical term, if you mean heart attack then i can assure you that your symptom are not typical for that, even though it is not possible to find out just by the symptoms for sure.
Before speculating too much:

in your case iw would usually do a examination, draw blood for routine checkup like liver, kidney, thyroid and white/ red blood count to narrow down internal med. conditions as possible cause.
Also i would do an ekg to do a basic heart check just to make sure. Further decisions can be made depending on the findings in above examinations.
