I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

Topically I suggest you to use Adapalene 0.1% gel once daily at night over the whole affected area. You may also use an antiacne antibacterial e.g either clindamycin 1% gel or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel for active acne during day time.
Besides this, if you have inflammatory acne i.e papules, pustules, nodules etc you may also be a candidate for one of the oral antiacne antibiotics e.g doxycycline or minocycline. Finally, oral retinoids e.g isotretinoin is reserved for the most severe inflammatory acne Or acne that is associated with scaring.

Forehead is the main problem area.
I suggest you to just use topical antiacne preparations i.e clindamycin 1% gel/ solution for day time and Adapalene 0.1% gel (Differin gel) for night application over the whole affected area.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.
Avoid picking.
Besides, you must also use an antidandruff shampoo e.g ketoconazole 1% shampoo (Nizral) for scalp wash, every alternate days.
