Brief Answer:
Need to know the extent of burns

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I need to know the extent of burns to help you better.

My suggestions are as follows:

If the skin is closed (underlying tissues not visible), then antibiotic cream is not needed.
If there are blisters, these should not be broken.
The there is skin damage i.e. underlying tissue is visible then silver sulfadiazine can be applied as antibiotic cream.
Burnt skin need not be covered with dressing unless the burns are deep and severe.
If burns are very severe, then oral antibiotics should be taken under supervision of a doctor.

Hope it helps.
