Question : I have used clothspins on my nipples , while masturbating . I found that there is a small lump(looks like a heat boil but not one, coz they are there for the past one year) under the nipple in the adjoining area (both sides) on the outside. are they dangerous? how to get rid of them?

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your problem.
It is usually a abrasion which gets chronic due to repeated insult. Avoid doing this for a couple of weeks and in the meanwhile use Nipcare ointment on the affected area twice a day.
If will be fine soon but in case it doesn't visit your doctor for examination.
