Brief Answer:
see detailed description

Detailed Answer:
Hello, excessive sneezing is most commonly seen in patients with allergic tendency or sinusitis.
Take steam inhalation thrice a day and avoid pollution at all times.
The pain in shoulder area and left arm are unrelated to this and is probably due to faulty sleeping posture.
Try some muscle relaxant spray and in case it aggravates or is not relieved at all then visit an orthopedician.
In case you have other questions I will be happy to help.
