Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
By your description it seems, local inflammation may be due to
1. infection or
2.a chemical(Tooth Paste or mouth wash) irritation
3, mechanical(Brushing) irritation.
At the same time because of irritation to nerve , it may be causing head ache.
Brush your teeth gently.
You have to get an XRay done , for that you have to see a dentist.
Till then you can carry on with the medication.
Just add a broad spectrum antibiotic like,Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.
Keep doing warm saline gargle.
Hope you have answer to your query , if any thing else, you are welcome.
Or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good wishes.
