Brief Answer:
It is sciatica.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Yours is the case of sciatica or pinched back and leg nerve.

As you prescribe the path it is most probably the L5 nerve root affected.

It may be caused by herniated disc disease, spondyloarthritis of vertebral column.

I suggest you to consult a Neurologist, discuss your concerns and have imaging studies ( column x-rays and MRI, nerve conduction study) in order to properly diagnose your problem.

Treatment includes rest, avoiding weight lifting, physical therapy, NSAID drugs, periradicular injection of steroids and decompressive surgery if former steps of treatment fail to improve your symptoms.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
