Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Nausea After Oral Sex

Question: Hi!!
I unfortunately gave oral sex to a guy last night for about 30 minutes.. He came in my mouth and I swallowed it. I haven't been with anyone in 12 yrs(oral sex) and haven't had sex in 20 yrs, so I know I didn't have anything...
I don't know what I was thinking- I didn't even ask if he had anything... I've been achy all day with a sore throat and a little nauseated...I'm really concerned something is wrong!
I've been reading tons of forums... Most say symptoms won't happen that fast... But I have no spleen so I get sick easier than most. I feel like a tiny sore may be coming up on my lip also.. This was all less than 24 hrs and I'm just feeling worse.
I'd appreciate any advice- thank you!

Brief Answer:
They cannot be signs of an infection
Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.
I have reviewed your information fully. Though you had unprotected sex which is a risk factor for STDs, it is too early for any symptom to arise yet. All these symptoms are for sure related to the physical activity of yesterday and not infections. No infection can start to manifest in as little as less than 24hours after exposure. Be calm, relaxed and assured that these symptoms are not caused by an infection from yesterdays' encounter.
I hope this helps. Please, always remember to protect yourself during intercourse. It really saves lives. I wish you well.
