Brief Answer:
Have a gynecologic exam

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

Vaginal bleeding at this age is more common from benign causes such as vaginal atrophy.
Vaginal atrophy is due to menopause from the lack of female hormones like estrogen.

But we can't exclude other reasons that can cause vaginal bleeding.
Hence in your case, you need to go for a pelvic exam and transvaginal scan to exclude any serious issue such as endometrial cancer.

Until you will contact a gynecologist have Sitz baths three to four times per day and buy over the counter lubricants.

All the best and fast recovery
