Question : I have a sore gum from dentures a runny nose , Dentist can not find anything wrong I use warm salty water it helps a little but not a lot

I have gone through your query. Sometimes swollen gums can be due to infection. In that case a mouth scaling (cleaning) can be done. For mild swelling metronidazole mouth gel like Reidine M forte gel can be used.

Sore gums can be due to ill fitting denture. If that's the case then your dentist can smoothen the denture for correct fitting.
