Brief Answer:
Can be due to frozen shoulder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in right shoulder and upper right side o the back in a diabetic is likely to be due to a frozen shoulder. You need to get an MRI scan done which is a more sensitive test for soft tissue and muscular problems.
The first goal of treatment is pain relief. Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Motrin, ibuprofen, or Aleve can help with pain control and decrease inflammation.
Activities that cause symptoms should be avoided. A physical therapy program that focuses on establishing non-painful shoulder motion and strengthening of the shoulder muscles will also be helpful.
The cramping in feet and ankles can be due to a decreased fluid and electrolytes intake. You can get your serum electrolytes and vitamin B 12 levels measured to find the specific cause.
I hope this answers your query.
