                                            Question : My 18 month old is suddenly crying with stomach pain for the last one hr. Gave her colic aid and gripe water but no relief. She had no signs before but threw up and her stool had foul smell. please suggest an urgent remedy until I can see a local paedetrician tomorrow morn.

It looks like colic pain along with viral infection in the stomach.
You can try giving Syp. Pedicalm or Pedicloryl (an Antispasmodic) to calm your baby if he is not settling down with colic drops.
Hold him upright for 20 to 30 mins.
Give oral rehydration solution to maintain hydration.
See a doctor in the morning.

                                    Ok. Is the medicine you advised same as/ similar to Cyclopam drops? I am asking coz that's what I have at home else will go & buy. What's the dosage to be given, of the medicine you advised?

syp. Pedicalm or pedicloryl {triclofos} are different from cyclopam drops.
If the baby is still crying excessively after giving cyclopam or colicaid drops then you have to give it.
Doses depends upon weight.
For example if the weight of child is 10 kg you can give upto 5ml of pedicalm or pedicloryl.
