Question : Strong unusual urine odor. Intermittent pressure in lower right abdomen.

Such symptoms are quite characteristic for urinary tract infection (bladder infection). Due to bacteria presence in the urine you get a smelly urine and lower abdominal pain.
You may have some fever and frequent urinating as well.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis should be done and antibiotic given.
In a meanwhile you should increase liquids intake and start cranberries supplementation.
