Question : I was bending over the dishwasher and got a sudden pain in my right hip below my waist. It hurts some to walk and especially reaching down even if just a little. Should I rest it or try to go about walking, etc.?

You should give rest to the affected area.
Simple Tylenol doesn't help much.I add skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
