Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Localised swelling in right supraclavicular region is suggestive of lymph node enlargement. This can occur in infections (fungal, bacterial or mycobacterium), inflammation or malignancy involving lungs, oesophagus, mediastinum or breasts. In the absence of any other symptoms, we advice for a course of antibiotics for 10 days along with laboratory investigation.

CT Scan or MRI thorax and biopsy is useful for lymph node which doesn't respond to treatment.

Home remedies are not useful. Don't worry as early diagnosis can help in treatment of most of the conditions.

Hopefully it will be of help. You may upload the reports for my reference. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
