Question : My calf muscles have been feeling tight especially the right one and three smallest toes on right foot are swollen.

Possible venous thrombosis

Hi and welcome.
This doesn't sound serious at his point but it may be sign of deep venous thrombosis so I think you should do Doppler ultrasound,keep your legs elevated,apply elastic compresses. If there is leg coldness,paleness or progressive swelling them you should see doctor as soon as possible. Wish you good health.regards
