Question : Certainly
On my left front below my breast, I have a place that feels heavier than the other side. Sometimes it is a tiny bit sore. I have no bleeding or irregular bowel movement. I am curious as to when I lay on my right side, the left side seems tender. Thank you.

The pain in below left breast which is tender may be due to cardiac or lungs or musculoskeltal. So I will advise you to visit your doctor who will examine you and advise accordingly.
