Question : Hi Doctor

For past 5 days I have a feeling of though there is glass in my throat when I swallow. I can eat drink, and speak no problem but it is irritating.
Also I have a notice a hard lump between my left eye socket and nose over few days it's not visible but is quiet a hard lump

It sounds like you could possibly have some type of viral or bacterial infection. If you have this lump on your face I think your doctor should evaluate you to see if you need a prescription which might include an antibiotic.

At this point I would recommend that you schedule a consultation in physical examination with your doctor. If your doctor thinks she might need a prescription he can provide it for you. Your doctor might also consider blood tests if indicated.
