Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be any for of cancer at this time!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this perennial pain. The most common cause of this is a prostate problem which could be related to prolonged periods in an uncomfortable position. With a normal colonsocopy 7years ago and two normal rectal exams there is no major possibility for cancer at this time because they grow slowly and over a long time that 7years alone is not enough for them to have grown this much. If this were related to cancer of the colon, the most common signs are rather constipation and abdominal pain and not perennial.

I will say, it is not cancer. For now, regular squatting exercises as well as regular squatting exercises by you personal trainer.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Probably related to sitting posture then!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is suggestive of posture related pain. I will recommend regular exercise and pain medications such as tylenol and Ibuprofen. This should be able to help address the problem. Unless something else comes up, this should greatly help.

Let me know how this goes. I wish you well and hope to hear from you!
