Question : Hi,I take topomax for epilepsy and have started getting tingling in feet,could it be a side effect or a sign of diabetes?

Noted your concern.
Tingling in the feet is a common side effect of TOPOMAX. However, as you correctly mentioned, diabetes and vitamin deficiencies are other major causes of tingling in feet and that has to be ruled out. It is easy to do a fasting blood glucose, vitamin B12 levels as well as a thyroid profile.
