Brief Answer:
Reduce High Dose Vitamin D.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Vitamin D is normally taken when there is a deficiency. I would kindly like to know why you ingested, over a period of time, some quantities of this vitamin. Thus, there are some vitamins that are fat soluble and cannot be excreted out of the body. These are vitamins A, D, E and K. If you take a high dose of vitamin B complex, the body will use it and rid itself of it. This is not the case here. I would ask you to stop your high dose intake. Please do not get fascinated by internet health supplement websites as the information can be spurious. I feel that your symptoms would come down after high dosing of Vitamin D is stopped. I would like to ask you if you are taking any other medications and a history of any other illnesses you might be having. Kindly write back to me if you have any doubts / and your opinion as regards your treatment.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Possible electrolyte imbalance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

It seems to me that you are suffering from an ionic deficiency. Kindly get a urine and a blood test done. In the meanwhile, immediately visit a hospital. You can palliate this problem using medications, however the root cause has to be found. Thus medications must be given after the tests. This is the best way to get better and be well informed so that you can handle such crisis in the future.
