Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation On Head After Injury

Question: Hi, I hit top right side of my head in the morning getting into my car. I have a bump there now feel a tingle on the other side of my head,(it could just be psychological too because of my panic) not sure if i should go to the doctor or not.
