Brief Answer:
impacted wax.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having ringing sensation in left ear. I would like to ask you few more details.

- Is there any ear pain or ear discharge ?
- Is your ringing associated with cold or hearing loss or ear blockage ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be cerumen (impacted wax) or sensorineural hearing loss or Eustachian tube dysfunction.

As such, ear drops or medications will not help in sensori neural hearing loss. In my opinion, you need to visit an ent surgeon to have an exact diagnosis and treatment. Kindly go ahead.

In the mean time, avoid water per ear ( keep cotton plug during bath) and stop swimming and do not consume freezer products (curd/ice cream).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
