Suggest Remedy For Trouble In Weaning Child Off Breast Milk When On RAI

Question: I am 13 days away from XXXXXXX for thyroid cancer. I am trying to wean my daughter and it is not going well. I was advised by my radiological-oncologist I could keep nursing, but all the recommendations- including the US Nuclear Regulatory- say otherwise. I cannot cease lactation completely prior to XXXXXXX and due to the quick diagonsis, would not have had enough time since it was just abotu two weeks ago I was diagnosed. what do I do?
