Brief Answer:
Your problems could be related to malabsorption.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It so happens that our gastrointestinal tract that runs from our mouth to anus, has a movement that propels food forward. When this movement is affected due to some reason, we suffer from problems like hyperacidity, bloating etc. On the other hand, inability to process certain foods can lead to diarrhoea or loose motion while the inability to absorb the food principles may give rise to lack of energy and weight-loss. Many people have a condition called gluten enteropathy which is characterized by inability to digest and absorb gluten containing foods. Gluten is contained in members of wheat family and so I would suggest you to:
* Omit wheat based principles altogether for a fortnight or so and see if it makes a difference.
* Also, take plenty of yogurt or curd. It contains beenficial bacteria and should help.
* Avoid long gaps between meals. Take small but frequent meals.
* Avoid spicy foods. They trigger excess gastric acid secretion and may also mess up with digestion.
* Take ORS (oral rehydration solution) if you have loose motion.
* Regular morning walk and exercise is essential to maintain proper bowel movements.
* You need to take plenty of green leafy vegetables in your diet. It will provide adequate roughage and will lessen your problems.

Hope that helps.

Regards
