Suggest Remedy For Underarm Rash

Question : I have an underarm rash that won't go away. I burns but does not itch. I have tried antibiotic creams, fungal creams and various natural remedies such as aloe from the plant and tea tree oil. I'm not sure what to try next. I would appreciate your help. Pam B
