Question : Can repeatedly throwing up stomach acid cause burns on a persons face? I've been throwing up stomach acid 5-7 times a day, I have several stage four ulcers and now I'm developing something akin to sunburn on my face. From my frontal sinuses, straight down the nose and lips. It's red, painful to the touch and looks very much like sunburn, which it isnt. No new products have been used.

Generally speaking, how long would it take.stage 3 ulcers to reach perforation if left untreated. I'm just looking for something very basic here. I know there are others factors involved.

it is not possible to predict this
Detailed Answer:
it is impossible to predict it and no one can it.
it may take 1 year or 10 years or it wont cause perforation at all.
Most ulcers dont perforate especially in modern era where medications are used. Some statistics say that 3 stage ulcers will perforate during life time in 30 % of cases if left untreated and if patient dot avoid risk factors
