Brief Answer:
Warts should be removed as they can spread
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
Warts should be removed. It is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus. There is risk that new ones could form at other body sites e.g fingers, hands etc due to autoinnoculation particularly since she is going to touch Or scratch those repeatedly.
Warts can be removed with either cautery Or CO 2 Laser vaporisation. I suggest that you take an appointment with a dermatologist for the needful. Removing warts can be difficult in children because they can get anxious and usually resist but I guess she is old enough to allow these to be removed.
Regards
