Brief Answer:
Need pacemaker check

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I would advise you to see your doctor to check pacemaker regimn and do pacemaker follow up.
It is possible that your heart rate is not appropriate for you and there can be a need to do some changes of pacemaker rate.
All your symptoms can be due to relatively low heart rate.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
